Endophytic bacteria are responsible for improved plant growth due to its role in nitrogen fixation, indole acetic acid (IAA) production, phosphate solubilization etc and protection through various mechanisms production of bioactive compounds. The purpose this study was determine the promoting potential endophytic isolated from medicinal plants namely, Adulsa, Amla, Bael, Kadamb, Mango, Neem, Tulsi. plants, comprised 68% Gram positive 29% negative bacteria. The complete genome sequences of two endophytic Streptomyces sp. strains, LUP30 and LUP47B, were analyzed.
